This is an agreement for access to and use of the online service, and you are not granted a license to any software by this agreement. All of the information on this website is protected by intellectual property laws, they belong to and are the property of Michael Uriarte. You agree not to copy, rent, lease, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the MyoKinesthetic System (MYK System) content, in whole or in part, by any means, except as expressly authorized in writing by Michael Uriarte. You further agree that no part of this may be taught in a school or classroom setting, without written permission from Michael Uriarte. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

The MYK System does not license, approve or allow an individual to practice outside the scope of practice as written in their state law.

You agree that you are the one reading/watching and working on a person and that you are solely responsible when treating/working on said person, and will indemnify, defend and hold us harmless, at your expense against any third party claim, suit, action or proceeding brought against us (and our officers, directors, employees, agents, service providers, licensors and affiliates.)

You agree and understand that if a patient/client does not have full range of motion, or has an underlying issue, known or unknown, the treatment given will have to be altered from the way it is demonstrated in the video. Contraindications for soft tissue work and limited range of motion need to be followed as explained in class.

You agree that your credit card will be billed a fee to access the MYK System online course website. The product we are offering is access to information, therefore, refunds will not be given.
